Building a greater Nigeria is a collective responsibility. I believe profit and impact should both be measured as investment outcomes.
I became a private investment scout at a very early stage. As a young adult I wanted two things: to make money, and to make a difference. I never saw why I should have to choose one over the other.
Those two ideas grew together into something I believe can make a difference. Today I work where profit meets progress, in opportunities I believe can drive Nigeria's growth and strengthen its economy.
My approach
Research first. Capital second.
Four steps, in order, every time. Most opportunities never make it past the second.

Research
I look where others don't, and write every opportunity up as a business case: the market, the people, the numbers and the risks.

Test
Each business case must pass two tests: a sound return and real social value. If either fails, I pass.

Deploy
Capital goes in with clear terms, local partners and shared value written into the structure.

Report
You receive plain-language updates on your money and its impact, whether the news is good or bad.
